§ The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the BOARD OF TRADE (Mr. J. M. Robertson)The export of knitting machine needles from the Netherlands was prohibited by a Decree of the 13th February, but I understand that exemptions from the prohibition may be granted in special cases.
