§ 77. Mr. RONALD M'NEILLasked the Under-Secretary of State for War whether officers rejoining from the Reserve of Officers receive £100 towards provision of kit, whereas officers joining the Army for the first time, although their expenses for kit are larger than those of the former, receive a much smaller sum; and whether he will make provision that in future both classes of officers shall receive an equal and a reasonable sum for this purpose?
