HC Deb 15 February 1915 vol 69 c885
33. Mr. EUGENE WASON

asked the Under-Secretary of State for War whether he has received complaints as to some of the War Office conditions laid down with regard to the formation of Volunteer Training Corps; and whether he would be prepared to consider any amendments which would render these conditions more acceptable to those members who are willing to join these Volunteer Corps?

Mr. TENNANT

Some representations have been received by the War Office regarding the conditions laid down for Volunteer Corps; but as these conditions have been accepted by the Central Association under Lord Desborough and have proved acceptable to the large number who have already joined these corps no amendment is contemplated.
