§ Mr. BONAR LAWMay I ask the Prime Minister what the business will be next week?
§ The PRIME MINISTEROn Monday, at the beginning of Business, the Chancellor of the Exchequer will make a short statement as to the negotiations which have been going on with the Finance Ministers of France and Russia. Monday will be devoted to the Resolution moving the Speaker out of the Chair on the Navy Estimates.
On Tuesday we shall take the Navy Estimates, Votes A and I.
On Wednesday we shall take the Reports of the Army Votes and of the Supplementary Estimates, and, if time permit, and if there be a general desire in the House, a discussion on the question of the control of aliens.
On Thursday we shall take the Civil Service Vote on Account.
§ Mr. BONAR LAWI suppose we can assume that if time is not available on Wednesday, other time will be given?
§ The PRIME MINISTERIf it be so desired.
§ Mr. CHAMBERLAINMay I ask the right hon. Gentleman whether the statement of the Chancellor of the Exchequer as to these negotiations will be made on a Motion?
§ The PRIME MINISTERIf the House desires to discuss it afterwards, we will give an opportunity.
