REESasked whether any steps will be taken to verify, and after verification place upon official record, the fact that a brigade order was issued to the 112th infantry regiment of the German line directing that all French, whether wounded or not, who fell into the hands of the regiment should be shot and no prisoners made?
§ Mr. TENNANTI have no verification at present of the statement that such an order was given. The hon. Member may be certain that, if it be found on investigation that such an order was issued, due official record will be made.
