§ Dr. MACNAMARAI cannot say. The President of the Probate, Divorce and Admiralty Division of the High Court becomes judge of the Prize Court in virtue of a special appointment issued by the Admiralty at the outbreak of hostilities. The Admiralty Marshal, who is responsible for these selections, is responsible for his appointment to the judge.
