§ Private Bills [Lords],—Mr. SPEAKER laid upon the Table Report from the Examiners of Petitions for Private Bills, That, in respect of the Bills comprised in the list reported by the Chairman of Ways and Means as intended to originate in the House of Lords, they have certified that the Standing Orders have been complied with in the following cases, namely:—

Altrincham Gas.
Ashington Urban District Council.
Brighton and Hove Gas.
Bristol Tramways.
Deaf and Dumb Poor Asylum.
Eastern Valleys (Monmouthshire) Joint Sewerage Board.
Falmouth Docks.
Frimley and Farnborough District Water.
Ilfracombe Gas.
Mersey Railway.
Neath Canal Navigation.
Northwich Gas.
Ormskirk Gas and Electricity.
Plymouth Corporation.
Prescot Gas.
Rotherham Corporation.
Salop County Council.
Sheffield Corporation (Tramways).
South Shields Corporation.
South Staffordshire Water.
Spennymoor and Tudhoe Gas.
Sunderland Corporation (Wearmouth Bridge).
Sutton District Water.
Warwick Gas.
West Gloucester Water.
Wolverhampton Corporation Water.
Yorkshire Electric Power.

§ And they have certified that the Standing Orders have not been complied with in the following cases, namely:—

Aberdare Urban District Council (Tramways, etc.).
Halifax Corporation.

§ Private Bill Petitions [Lords] (Standing Orders not complied with),—Mr. SPEAKER laid upon the Table Reports from one of the Examiners of Petitions for Private Bills, That, in the case of Petitions for the following Bills, originating in the Lords, the Standing Orders have not been complied with, namely:—

§ Aberdare Urban District Council Tramways, etc.) [Lords].

§ Halifax Corporation [Lords].

§ Ordered, That the Reports be referred to the Select Committee on Standing Orders.
