THORNEasked the Under-Secretary of State for War whether he is aware of the complaints made by discharged wounded soldiers from the hospital because they only receive from the Regent Street pay office very small amounts, in some cases only about one-tenth, of their pay that is due to them; and if he intends taking any action in the matter?
§ Mr. FORSTERI have no information to show that the Regimental Pay Office in Regent Street is not carrying out the official orders in this respect. Perhaps the hon. Member will communicate to me details of any failure that may have come to his notice.
