Mr. BOOTHasked the Comptroller of the Household, as representing the National Health Insurance Commissioners, if he is aware that some insured persons at North Tawton are claiming the right of free choice of doctor; whether they selected Dr. Desprez before he had as a partner Dr. Langdon, and whether he is now prepared to make a further statement on the subject; whether he is aware that when Dr. Desprez was chosen as panel doctor he was the only practitioner, but there is now an available choice; and will he make inquiries from the approved societies in the locality?
