§ 37. Mr. MOUNT
asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether a second ballot has been taken in the parishes of Rhydycroesan and Llansilin; and whether he can state the result of the ballot?

§ Mr. McKENNA
The answer to the first part of the question is in the negative. The second part, therefore, does not arise.

§ Mr. BRIDGEMAN
What is being done as to the second ballot?

§ Mr. McKENNA
The second ballot is not being taken.

§ Mr. MOUNT
When will the second ballot be taken?

§ Mr. McKENNA
It will not be taken now.
