§ The ASSISTANT POSTMASTER-GENERAL (Captain Norton)The bulletin, which is prepared by the Press Bureau for distribution by the Post Office on Sunday mornings, does already contain the latest information up to the latest hour at which it is practicable to issue it for dispatch.
