§ The FINANCIAL SECRETARY to the WAR OFFICE (Mr. H. Baker)A special outfit grant of £20 was approved in the case of Territorial Force officers proceeding to India. This was communicated to the officers by telegram some days before they left. The amount of the grant to be made to officers proceeding to Egypt or the Mediterranean has not yet been fixed.
