HC Deb 13 May 1914 vol 62 cc1101-2
66. Mr. FELL

asked if the due payment of the remuneration of the panel doctors depends in any way on the amount of the actual sums available and not on the work done among the insured persons who may be on the doctors' panel?

Mr. W. BENN

The remuneration of doctors on the panel depends, in accordance with their agreements with the insurance committee, upon the number of insured persons in the area and the sums made available to the committee for the purpose in respect of these persons.
