Mr. McKINNON WOODThe message referred to was transmitted by the recipient to the Local Government Board for Scotland, who stated in reply that the Highlands and Islands Medical Service Board were sending a nurse to St. Kilda by the first available steamer. It is intended that the nurse should proceed to St. Kilda by the steamship "Hebridean" on Monday next.
