HALL (Dulwich)asked the Prime Minister whether legislation will be 28 introduced in the present Session, and, if so, when, with a view to making it clear that builders' profits are exempt from Increment Duty under the Finance (1909–10) Act, 1910, and that such duty is only to be levied on the increment of value accruing to land from the enterprise of the community or the landowners' neighbours?
