§ The UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE for FOREIGN AFFAIRS (Mr. Acland)2,071 natives, 1,371 males and 700 females, were repatriated from San Thomé to Angola during 1913. I am not at present able to state the number repatriated from Principé.
