Mr. HAMERSLEYasked the President of the Local Government Board if he would now support co-operation between the Government of Great Britain and the Governments of the Dominions Overseas in establishing a uniform and general system of emigration and the training in agricultural pursuits of young men from the towns, with the object of their being fitted to emigrate and acceptable to the Dominions as agricultural labourers, such training to be carried on under the supervision and co-operation of the Governments of the Dominions, in pursuance of the suggestions made in the Reports of the Dominions Royal Commission?
§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELThe question of the training of possible emigrants will be considered with other matters arising out of the recommendations of the Royal Commission.
