§ The PRESIDENT of the BOARD of EDUCATION (Mr. Pease)I am afraid I cannot, in reply to a question, make a statement regarding the cost of education of blind children, but I shall hope later on, when my Estimates are considered, to make some reference to this subject. The revised Grant which I propose to pay will be: in respect of residential institutions £13, and in respect of day schools £7 per annum per unit of average attendance.
