§ The LORD ADVOCATE (Mr. Munro)As regards the first two of the Bills mentioned by my hon. Friend, I would refer him to the statement made by the Prime Minister on Friday last. As regards the third of these Bills, namely, the Burgh Registers (Scotland) Bill, it is not my intention to proceed with that measure this Session.
