§ The PRIME MINISTERNo special fund is available for the purpose suggested by the hon. Member. As regards the last part of the question, I am not aware of any such assistance being given by foreign Governments. If conferences, to the expenses of which His Majesty's Government usually contribute, are held at San Francisco during the Exhibition, the usual assistance will be given.
