§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners inquired into the applications of Patrick Jacob and Mary Anne Kennedy for reinstatement in holdings on this estate, and decided in the exercise of the discretion vested in them not to take any action in these cases. The Commissioners have not received an application for reinstatement in the name of "The representatives of John Hogan," but they decided not to take any action in the case of a Thomas Hogan who applied for reinstatement in a holding in the townland of Knockmoe, on this estate, formerly occupied by him, and now in the possession of another tenant.
