§ Mr. LLOYD GEORGEAs I stated in reply to the hon. Member for the Wilton Division on the 14th May, the proposed Grant is in respect of laboratories to be used primarily for purposes of diagnosis and not of research.
Mr. CATHCART WASONAre we to understand that these research committees will not be entitled to make experiments on living animals?
