§ Mr. W. BENNThe Insurance Commissioners are conferring to-day with the Advisory Committee, on which all types of approved societies are fully represented, and any proposals of the character referred to will be introduced without avoidable delay.

Gentleman expect we shall have this information next week, and does he realise how important it is that Members of this House should have an opportunity of discussing this matter and the Government's proposals with their constituents, so as to avoid another ghastly failure and muddle?
