§ 33. Mr. COURTHOPE
asked whether the Report upon the condition of Westminster Hall, and the recommendations for its repair, have yet been received; and when the same will be laid upon the Table of the House?
As I stated yesterday, in reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Mid-Lanark, the report on the condition of the roof of Westminster Hall has already been received. The First Commissioner hopes shortly to have it printed, and to lay it on the Table of the House.
My Noble Friend thinks it better, owing to the great expense of producing the drawings, that the original should be placed in the Library for the inspection of hon. Members.
