20. Mr. EDMUND HARVEYasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies, whether, in view of the importance of the work of the recent Commission on Native Labour in British East Africa, he will arrange to publish the Report as a White Paper?
Mr. HARCOURTThe Report, which is a voluminous one, has already been printed and published in the Protectorate. I do not think that it would be justifiable to incur the expense of reprinting here, but I shall be happy to furnish my hon. Friend with a copy, and I will cause copies to be placed in the Library of the House.
