asked the First Lord of the Admiralty when the crew of His Majesty's ship "Psyche," New Zealand station, which left Portsmouth August, 1911, will be relieved?

It is hoped to send out reliefs for His Majesty's ship "Psyche" shortly. Delay has been caused by particulars of the ratings required not being available until the arrangements for the organisation of a New Zealand Naval Force were settled.
