HC Deb 04 August 1914 vol 65 c1904
45. Sir HERBERT RAPHAEL

asked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the fact that the Vote for the salary of the Secretary for Scotland was not reached in the discussion of the Scottish Estimates, and therefore no opportunity was afforded of criticising his decision in relation to the case of Lieutenant Cameron, he will provide an opportunity of bringing the matter before the House of Commons?

The PRIME MINISTER (Mr. Asquith)

I fear I do not see my way to give special facilities for a discussion of this case.

Mr. KING

Can this matter be raised on the Appropriation Bill?

The PRIME MINISTER

It it not a matter for me.
