§ The CHAIRMANWith regard to the new Clause standing in the name of the hon. Member for Merthyr Tydvil (Mr. Keir Hardie), I see that there are two other new Clauses dealing with the same subject, namely, the employment of troops during trade disputes in aid of the civil power, and as it would be difficult to prevent the Debate overlapping, perhaps it will be agreeable to hon. Members to take the Debate on the three new Clauses together.
