§ The POSTMASTER-GENERAL (Mr. Hobhouse)The circumstances have been reviewed, and I am glad to find that it is now practicable to provide a second delivery and dispatch of letters in the village of Bower Chalk without requiring any contribution from the residents towards the additional cost. Arrangements are being made accordingly.
