§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners have not received any application from James Griffin for reinstatement in a holding on the Mahony estate, county Kerry. An application was received from a Daniel Griffin for reinstatement in a holding of 45 acres in the townland of Dooks on this estate, formerly occupied by him and now in the possession of another tenant, and the Commissioners, after inquiry and consideration, decided not to take any action in the matter.
