§ 28. Mr. G. LOCKER-LAMPSONasked whether the Perth insurance committee has so far neglected to provide domiciliary treatment for consumptives; whether this neglect has followed as a result of a conference with the Scottish Insurance Commissioners; and, if so, whether the Government will take steps to see that this necessary treatment is provided?
Mr. BENNI am informed that there is no foundation for the statement in the first part of the question; both in the Burgh and in the County of Perth, as in all other parts of Great Britain, domiciliary treatment is provided for under the doctors' agreements with the insurance committee. No conference of the kind referred to by 11 the hon. Member has been held, and the last part of the question does not therefore arise.
