HC Deb 06 April 1914 vol 60 c1595
95. Lord NINIAN CRICHTON-STUART

asked whether there are any outstanding unpaid accounts owing to chemists or dispensaries under the National Insurance Act; if so, the amount outstanding; and the date of the longest outstanding account?

Mr. BENN

The Regulations do not admit of a final settlement of chemists' accounts until after the close of each year. The settlement for the year to 11th January, 1914, is now in progress, but payments on account have already been made to an amount not far short of the sums expected to be due.
