§ Mr. BURNSAll litigation with regard to the rights of the persons entitled to share in the distribution of the assets of the Birkbeck Bank has ceased, but certain claims have been made against some of the directors, and are the subject of pending proceedings. No further distribution can be made until such claims have been disposed of, and it is not, therefore, possible to give a date of any further distribution, which will in no case exceed a few pence in the pound.
