§ The CHANCELLOR of the EXCHEQUER (Mr. Lloyd George)The Land Values Branch of the Secretaries' Office, London, and the Offices of the Assistant Secretary and Comptroller in Edinburgh and in Dublin are concerned with the levying of Mineral Rights Duty. It is not possible to separate with any approach to accuracy the cost of collecting this duty from the cost of collecting Inland Revenue Duties generally.
