§ Mr. RUSSELLNegotiations are in progress between the Department and the Development Commissioners relative to the conditions under which it is proposed to make a grant from the Development Fund for the purpose of a further experiment in tobacco growing in Ireland. The Department are not at present in a position to make any further statement in the matter.
