HC Deb 20 March 1913 vol 50 c1186
4. Mr. BOLAND

asked when the Congested Districts Board propose to undertake the necessary improvements on the Fuller estate, near Caherciveen; and whether regard will be had to the claim made by Thomas Stretton for the construction of a branch road adjoining his holding?

Mr. RUSSELL

The Congested Districts Board have not yet acquired the estate referred to, and until they do so they cannot undertake any improvement works on it. If the property is purchased by the Board, the construction of any necessary accommodation roads will be considered.
