HC Deb 13 March 1913 vol 50 c388
4. Sir W. BYLES

had given notice of the following question: To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he can make any communication to the House in response to or in confirmation of the announcement of the German Foreign Minister that the recent confidential exchange of views between England and Germany has contributed very substantially to improve the relations of those two Powers; and how soon will he be able to lay Papers?

In view of the very satisfactory statement of the Prime Minister on Monday, I do not ask this question.
