asked the Postmaster-General whether he can now arrange to have a penny postage between this country and France?

Can the right hon. Gentleman say when he will be able to give a reply?

§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUEL
No, I can not.

§ Mr. MORTON
Is the matter engaging the right hon. Gentleman's attention?

§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUEL
It is certainly engaging my attention.
