§ 64. Mr. HICKS BEACHasked the Chief Secretary for Ireland on what grounds are the correspondence and leaflets issued by the Women's National Health Institute of Ireland allowed to be posted free of charge, while the institute in addition receives a Grant from national funds of £25,000 a year?
§ Mr. BIRRELLI would refer the hon. Member to the replies given to questions on this subject asked by the hon. Member for South Belfast on the 4th March, 1912, and by the hon. Member for North Antrim on 28th March last. The hon. Member is mistaken in supposing that the Women's National Health Association is in receipt of an annual Grant from public funds.
