HC Deb 09 June 1913 vol 53 c1236
28. Mr. HUNT

asked the President of the Board of Education whether the Wesleyan schools at the Clee Hill, Shropsire, were burnt down last November and, though the rebuilding was completed in April, the school has not been yet opened, and about 100 children are still without any school at which they can attend; and whether he can see his way to have the school opened at once?

The PRESIDENT of the BOARD of EDUCATION (Mr. J. A. Pease)

I am aware of the facts of this case. The Board have urged upon the authority the necessity of provision for the children, and I understand that the premises which the managers have rebuilt will be available next Monday.
