§ The FIRST LORD of the ADMIRALTY (Mr. Churchill)The officers referred to are in the position of other officers of the Royal Navy and Royal Marines on the active list not holding definite appointments, except that Lieutenant Brandon is borne on the books of one of His Majesty's ships for full pay. I have no statement to make at the present time.
