Mr. BOLANDasked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether no building grants have been given to Hugh Brosnan or Maurice Kelliher, evicted tenants on the estate of the late Sir Rowland Blennerhassett, in the parish of Tuogh, near Killorglin; and whether, in view of the fact that at the time of the purchase negotiations these tenants were promised small building grants and a share of bog, he will request the Estates Commissioners to make the necessary inquiries with a view to secure to these tenants building grants, such as have been granted to other evicted tenants, and grants for stocking their land?
