Captain FABERasked the Prime Minister if he has had brought to his notice the document signed by forty doctors as to the desirability of a Royal Commission being appointed to inquire into the ravages of venereal disease, of 293 which there are about 40,000 cases of the gravest character each year; and whether he will appoint such a Commission?
