HC Deb 29 July 1913 vol 56 c293
Mr. OUTHWAITE

I beg to ask the Secretary for the Colonies a question, of which I have given him private notice: Can he state when the dispatch of Lord Gladstone relating to the recent disturbances on the Rand will be available?

Mr. HARCOURT

Yes. The telegrams which passed between Lord Gladstone and myself and the dispatch which arrived on Sunday will be, I hope, at the disposal of hon. Members now or within an hour in the Vote Office. Two subsidiary dispatches which arrived later I shall print with some other Papers, and I hope that they shall be at the disposal of hon. Members to-morrow afternoon.
