§ Mr. LLOYD GEORGEThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. With regard to the latter part of the question, many proposals made in 1885 by the right hon. Gentleman the Member for West Birmingham for the settlement of the land question are well worth consideration at the present moment.
