HC Deb 17 July 1913 vol 55 c1414
26. Major ANSTRUTHER-GRAY

asked the Secretary for Scotland whether he will introduce the necessary legislation, and endeavour to obtain the Grant requisite, for the introduction of a system of pensions for the officers and men of the Scotch fishery cruisers in recognition of their services?

Mr. URE

I am not at present in a position to add anything to the reply which I gave to the hon. and gallant Member on 2nd July.

Major ANSTRUTHER-GRAY

Will the right hon. Gentleman oppose this, or is he favourable to it?

Mr. URE

I cannot answer that on behalf of my right hon. Friend. I should imagine he is in favour of it.
