§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELThe Board of Inland Revenue have ceased supplying postmasters with the penny stamps of the lion design since the 3rd instant, and their sale will cease when the small stocks remaining in the hands of postmasters are exhausted. The Board will issue the remaining denominations of the new postage stamps in the course of the next three weeks.
