§ Mr. RUNCIMANIt is impossible to apportion even approximately as between small holdings and allotments the Board's expenditure incurred in the administration of the Small Holdings and Allotments Act. But perhaps it will be sufficient for the hon. Member's purpose to know that the time occupied in dealing with questions relating to the provision of allotments is comparatively small.
