§ Mr. WEDGWOOD BENN (Lord of the Treasury)The present hours during which bathing is permitted in the Serpentine are from 5 to 8.30 a.m., and from 6 to 8.30 p.m. The First Commissioner has approved of arrangements being made again this year whereby school children under fourteen years of age are allowed to bathe from 1 p.m. during the school holidays.
