§ Sir E. GREYThe answer to the first part of the question is in the negative. I would refer the hon. Member to the answers given to questions from the right hon. Member for North Worcestershire and to the hon. Member for Rotherhithe, on the 19th November and 18th December last respectively for the reasons for the postponement of this tour.
§ Mr. SWIFT MacNEILLIs the right hon. Gentleman aware that this gentleman is now acting as Consul and is responsible? Is not the River Napo under his control?
